Merry making it was alright. Yesterday was a trace of what the word merry meant. For the first time in my life, friends and family got together to celebrate my day of nativity. Mama, my sister Jenirose and my brother – in-law, Norman along with their four month old baby boy, Nicholas and my brother Abel. Colleagues like Drei, Jon, Rufina, Jay –ar, Gilad and Ohya were here. It was not really a grandiose kind of celebration; in fact the mini revelry just had minimal food served, just enough to feed 10 people. But surprisingly enough had been just enough.
Aaron and Alvin were not able to come by and join. The latter is currently in down south of this island while the former could not leave his about to deliver wife. He is about to have a baby girl a few days from now. Congratulations man.
I don’t know if something like yesterday can happen ever again in my life but I am thankful that I lived to see that day. I will cherish it for the rest of my life.
